Finance or Real Estate ?

Please help me decide what niche to make for my 6th blog. I have already personal, general, parenting, fashion and travel blog . My hubby added a health blog recently.. so I am thinking of a Finance or real estate blog site. Being a Civil Engineer by profession I prefer real estate and blog about manufactured homes , house and lot for sale and other things related it.But my hubby suggested I'll go for finance so I may be able to discover more online jobs.
To all the blogosphere experts out there… between the two what is more profitable? I mean easier to receive paid post or direct advertisers?

To maintain above average grade for an academic scholarship is not easy and is a great challenge. My son tried to give his best shot in every quiz, exam , project and task assigned to him. He oftentimes sleeps late and wakes up early to study, review and finished his assignments.
As I am writing this post, he’s beside me doing some write-ups for his English Subject. I can not help but THANK GOD for the knowledge, wisdom, talent, skill ,determination and good health He has given to my Son. He’s now in 3rd year High School. Thank you Lord that for three years you sustained him with everything he needs.
Go to School by Hook or by Crook !

by kidsturf
The kids are getting lazy to do their school assignments and projects today . Monday and Tuesday are holiday here in our country since it is Eid ul-Fitr - the end of Ramadan. My little girl begged not to go to school since according to her Tropical Storm Mina is still in the country. She added that our Vehicle is under repair so nobody would fetch her from school. Her reasoning nearly convinced me but her Dad told her to go to school by " hook or by crook".

Storm " Mina"

by kidsturf
As I am making this post, my attention was caught by the flash news regarding the heavy Storm Mina that struck the national capital region. Thank God we canceled our trip to NCR due to the unavailability of some member of the group who can not go with us. Our flight was this morning... it was not really God's will for us to go for a vacation.
Anyway, back to my blogging spree I have to visit a site to see some chevy equinox custom floor mats and other accessories for our vehicle.
Trip Canceled due to Weather Condition

I am sad our planned trip to the north of Luzon this coming August 27 - 31 is canceled. The head of our group can not come with us due to a very important meeting with some top officials of the government. Others are not feeling well too. But what made us postponed the vacation is the bad weather condition . Weather bureau forecast a stormy week-end which will probable last until the first week of September. If we will push with the getaway, we may end up trap in our storm shelters and forfeit our goal to go land trip as far as Baguio City.
Reflection : War in Libya

This is my son's Reflection on the news about the war in Libya :
There are I think several ways that this news will affect our country. First on the positive side, a peace can be seen looming in this part of the East country and that oil exports will be restored that greatly affect the price of our oil export and import and our consumption too. This would also affect the worldwide economy and also ours. And we cannot forget that there many overseas Filipino workers in Libya. There safety is also a big concern. By what happened, we can look forward to their safety, and those who were deported due to the chaos in Libya can go back again and work. But on the other hand, it’s too early to say that peace is assured in this battle weary country. Let’ s just hope for the best that the Libyans will work hard and keep let peace reign in their country.
My son was crying.....

by kidsturf
Why? Because he was deeply worried on his examination result in school. He was not able to study well and submit the school project on time because of the many activities in church. Since last Sunday, our church has lots of activities of which my son is involve. He is a member of Spectrum Band ( Junior Band of our church) and they were required to attend the solidarity nights. He is a full academic scholar and has a grade to meet in maintaining the scholarship. He was so pressured that he can not help but cry....

Our church 25th Anniversary 10-day Celebration formally opened yesterday graced with some missionaries from United kingdom and brethren from the USA . This week will be my busiest week as I am going to prayer all the documents like program, conference hand-outs and citations for the plaque. I just hope my printer will be working alright with lots of printing works to do. I guess I have to check the toner cartridges also for for the photocopying works .
As of the moment, the team are in Bukidnon for the Medical Mission to the Manubo Tribes. As much as I wanted to be there,I can not do so since I am more needed here in the office.

I love attending Bridal "shower Party" . It's fun to see the unique, sexy and meaningful gifts for the bride . The latest that I attended was for a church mate and everybody were laughing as the bride-to-be opened the box containing an underwear with sexy garters. Other gifts were funny too!
After the gift giving were serious matters of the heart. We talk about how to strengthened relationship and tips how to have a happy married life. The party ended up with crying blues.
10 Funny Cartoon Images Depicting Public Health

Public health is a topic that is not usually talked about in a positive way. Rather, what you usually hear about public health is how unhealthy everyone is and what is wrong with the healthcare system. Here are 10 funny cartoon images depicting public health and the issues that they try to talk about in a humorous way.
Health Care Costs
Health care costs are unbelievable right now. There are record numbers of individuals without health insurance alone and the costs of treatments even with insurance is a scary thing. What are people to do when they have minor or even major health problems and they do not have health insurance simply because they cannot afford it? That is the question that some of these cartoons are discussing. Thanks to them, at least there is something funny about the health care cost situation.
The Health Care System
The health care system itself is another focus for these cartoons. Health care reform is a topic that has been discussed and debated to the point of exhaustion and still problems abound within the system. There are changes in the works but anyone who has to deal with the health care system in the meantime must deal with these problems. At least they can take comfort in the fact that so many people deal with the same problems that cartoons poking fun at the situation are morbidly funny.
Baby Boomers
The health care system isn't in great shape. Saying that again is beating a dead horse but it helps you to realize just how much of a strain baby boomers are poised to put on it. They are aging and are in need of health care services. This means that the health care system is being taxed more than ever because baby boomers are certainly not the only group presenting major health problems in greater numbers than ever before.
Medical Malpractice
On the flip side of this issue are the medical professionals. They are only human beings but they are forced to constantly worry about being sued. While medical professionals need to be held up to a high standard, mistakes do happen in spite of everything. A cartoon or two below remarks on how patients aren't the only ones who are afraid of the way things are.
Obesity
Obesity and childhood obesity are running rampant. There have been plenty of cartoons made about this. It is a serious issue that is a result of lifestyle and lifestyle changes will be necessary to fix the problem. The problem is that adults often would rather seek out fast solutions like pills than implement lifestyles changes to take care of health problems and children are following suit. Children know that if healthy diets and exercise are so important then that is what adults would model for them. Cartoons make this message a lot funnier.

Wednesday Whites : Coconut

by kidsturf
It was Saturday and we all wanted to eat " Ginataang Mongo"... so my hubby decided to teach the kids how to prepare the dish using the native coconut milk. We all enjoyed our bonding time together with the conventional wooden grater at our dirty kitchen. Sometimes, our highly technical kids should learn the basic.
