From the Gym to the dirty road

If you lower estrogen levels and create a deficiency, then its time our body will be signaled to create more testosterone. This is what I learned from my hubby in his quest to lose weight and increase muscle. According to him their are lots of anti-estrogens supplement in the market today which aimed to build muscles. He confessed that he tried once but it brought him some side-effects. Anyway, that was 5 years ago... now my hubby shifted his  exercise from the Gymn to the dirty road through mountain biking.

Yoga Mat for Yoga Class

Me and my hubby revived our regular afternoon jog around the sports center. Two weeks before our scheduled trip to Singapore last week, we did some series of exercises  . We jogged around the oval for 5 rounds , did swimming the following day and Taebo at home.

Now that we are back home, I am planning  to try yoga class   one of these days. I guess my strength and flexibility will be increased by doing yoga on a regular basis. In this fast-paced world,  it will help if we will focus our mind and reach a state of tranquility. Lazy to Exercise

“ I am dieting at all time, but I can’t lose any weight”. My hubby hear this complain oftentimes from me but just laugh . Why? Because oftentimes he told me to couple my diet with exercise but I just laugh also... Lol! I hate waking up early and jog from our subdivision up to the hilly part of our place. Doing our Taebo with Billy Blank’s DVD is strenous also. Waaahhh... what shall I do now? Accept the fact of getting bigger and heavier everyday? Help me look for the best diet pills or fat burner with a cheaper price please.
